And who would suddenly end up on sick leave? The top manager and the leader of the whole project.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/giphy.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19262\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-dark-gray-color has-text-color\">A manager for hire, i.e. can it be anonymously? <\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#142121;font-size:18px\">This is what a CEO&#8217;s nightmare could look like. Fortunately, there&#8217;s TOP HEADS, a leader in interim management that covers the rapid hiring of executives.  TOP HEADS was the first in Slovakia to hire experienced managers, and they still stand their position as the market leader, but they want to go further. Therefore, it is clear to us that if you are already established on the market, your clients know your identity and your branding meets the criteria for possible expansion abroad, there is no need to change it from the ground up.  It was the same in the case of TOP HEADS. The client&#8217;s original request was just to get rid of the tie symbol in the logo, as the world of senior management has kind of grown out of ties. However, we approached the experienced art director Tom\u00e1\u0161 Makovick\u00fd and took it two steps further.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1150\" src=\"https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/m22-case-study-img-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/m22-case-study-img-3.png 2048w, https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/m22-case-study-img-3-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/m22-case-study-img-3-1024x575.png 1024w, https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/m22-case-study-img-3-768x431.png 768w, https:\/\/mantra22.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/m22-case-study-img-3-1536x863.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#142121;font-size:18px\">We&#8217;ve also tweaked the kerning in the logotype and the tagline underneath, giving them more space around them to, paradoxically, make them stand out. We then looked at the original design manual and designed new elements into it. We redefined the original Roboto font, which was used for all text types, to a secondary font for longer copy texts, and found a new font, Corso Medium, based on the existing logotype.
