The First Step – Getting Acquainted
It all started with a personal assignment from the client, where they outlined their idea to us. Hours of internal brainstorming followed, and once we had shaken our ideas down, we went to the company. We noticed that there was a comfortable, downright family-like atmosphere right away. We later learned that the company has a 37-member team with minimal turnover, which is truly exceptional these days. Employees mentioned frequent and unconventional teambuilding activities and overall, they seemed very happy and well-coordinated. This is where the real challenge came in. Would it even be possible to surprise them? Is it necessary for such a small company to deal with an external agency? We decided to prove that it is a 100% the right choice.
So, We Got to It
We left nothing to chance and started doing structured interviews with each employee with the help of an experienced HR specialist. We asked about their classification, duties, typical workday, what they lack in their job and what they do in their free time. Since our survey showed that they have too many office supplies, we focused on hobbies. Afterwards, the professional seamstress Lucia Krištofíková measured everyone, and we could get down to the implementation.
Tailored Gifts. Literally.
We had each of them tailor-made clothes from the first-class Slovak brand St.Kristof, which they can use on a regular basis at work or at conferences. We even equipped their wardrobe separately for the sunny and the chilly season and we divided the whole surprise in two parts – they received the first part at the end of June and the second in September.
Aditionally, we’ve packed each employee with a personalized gift carefully selected based on the interview – from barbecue kits, books, and various vouchers to horse riding lessons. This all came in a gorgeous design box designed by the illustrator Júlia Molčanová.

Happy Employees, Happy Company
Throughout the whole communication, it was evident that the management really cared about this project. It paid off in the end and was also reflected in the employees’ reactions of genuine joy and enthusiasm for the box. An assignment that started as a simple gift idea was elevated to an extraordinary gesture that further strengthened the team spirit of this great company.
