Forward With the Brand
A client approached us before Christmas with an assignment to create merch that would be elegant yet suitable for casual wear. It should, of course, also represent the company PERSONALITY. A hoodie with a big logo might be cool, but unless you work for Apple, you’d probably only wear such a present at home. That’s why we cleverly used their unique hashtag #IAMPERSONALITY, which not only sounds great, but also contains the company’s name.
A Gift That Just Won’t Go Out of Style
We’ve had the hashtag immortalized on timeless hoodies with a minimalist design, made from quality organic cotton. To make the merch look as premium as possible, we opted for two types of print: flock foil printing with a subtle velvet effect and gold flex foil design, giving the hoodies a subtly elegant touch.
We took the same care with the gift wrapping. In collaboration with the illustrator Júlia Molčanová, we designed beautiful design boxes and completed the whole package with a quality bottle of prosecco. All we had to do was wrap it nicely, tape it up and it could be handed over to the clients.
A Must Have Piece of Clothing
Did it suit their taste? Much more than we could have hoped for. We had about 150 hoodies made and due to the high demand, we had them reprinted about 3 times in different variations. Thanks to the sensible design and quality materials, it became a must have piece of clothing that accentuated every personality.
Even though the hoodie itself did not directly feature the PERSONALITY logo, our clients and partners have long known from whom the hoodie with the hashtag #IAMPERSONALITY comes.
Say Hello Effect
A little “internal” cherry on top. As we were reprinting the hoodies that were becoming more popular and that people were happy to wear, a nice effect started to recur – when two people, even strangers, met in the same outfit, they greeted each other in a friendly way, and they even took some pictures together. The client liked this habit so much that it was officially called the Say Hello Effect – which means that whenever you see someone else wearing an #IAMPERSONALITY hoodie, you wave, smile, or shake the person’s hand. That’s what great personalities do, right?
